Description
To deal with all aspects of customer care for residents. To provide a responsive quality and efficient service to residents and staff. Perform reception duties. Ensure incoming post is distributed. Assist with the preparation of power point presentations. Liaise with ID external IT support. Provide effective communication in relation to reception. General administration duties for Housing Department. Deal with any complaints and inform management of actions taken. Petty cash and lodgement handling. Management of email account. Minimum 4 years of progressive administrative experience of working with the public in a customer orientated environment. Computer literacy with experience that includes MS Office packages in particular Excel, Power Point Word, email, internet and website maintenance. Experience in relation to the delivery of social housing. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an interdependent team.
