Customer Services Supervisor – Nectere Office Ltd – Dublin 12

Description

Care of Partners including: creating and maintaining good relationships between Nectere and its Partners ensuring partner & customer satisfaction. Selling our Partners products and services, reporting to Head Office any major concerns raised by or recognised as affecting our Partners and/or their Customer. Selling and encouraging the team to sell our Partners products and services. Supervising departmental staff including: overall responsibility of the team, monitoring, measuring and ensuring expected standards of service and behaviour ensuring expectations are met within agreed SLAs. Carrying out staff training and accreditations as necessary for their personal development. Conducting 121 assessments, motivating staff to maintain an amenable atmosphere which will be reflected in communications with other nectere staff, our Partners, their Customers and any other stakeholders. attending supervisory and disciplinary meetings with the Regional Director.

Skills Requirements

Proven track record in a fast moving and demanding office based Customer Services environment. Progressive experience in management, mentoring and training. Experience of multi-site and multi-ledger working. Excellent communication, organisational and computer skills in varying applications. A demand to be the best for yourself, your team and the company.
