Digital Marketer
The person appointed plays a specialised, individual role as part of the Sanctuary Team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketer will pursue specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.
Expected Responsiblities
Develop and optimise digital media activities – email marketing (MailChimp), facebook, twitter, text marketing, google and facebook adds, in conjunction with Operations Manager and Development Consultant, and in accordance with Sanctuary Social Media Protocols.
Research, compile and maintain databases with great attention to detail.
Build promotional campaigns and digital strategy
Implement all media marketing campaigns for the brand
Implement SEO content strategies to to drive website traffic
Responsible for writing strong powerful SEO content to maximise the brands digital presence
Deliver daily / weekly / monthly reports on campaign analysis
Ensure all digital output is accurate and adheres to company policies, regulatory and legal requirement
To show resonable flexibility in relation to hours of attendance to meet the needs of the work.
Work within the values, policies and procedures of the organisation in the context of current legislation and regulations.
Essential Criteria
Extensive experience in a digital role
Qualitificaiton in Digital Marketing or similar discipline
A good knowledge of MailChimp, A/B testing, Google Analytics/Adwords and content marketing tools/software
Proven results and experience from digital campaigns
Ability to work on your own initiative but can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, positive and driven
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
Excellent written and communication skills
Salary:- Negoiable, commesurate with experience
Contract hours:- 20hrs per week
