Job Purpose: Develop & Manage Online presence & marketing activities, in line with the hotels overall Sales & Marketing Plan. Key responsibilities: Website CMS (Content Management System) administrator, support and ongoing development, content building. Increase online revenue (stats), campaigns, improve mobile site, customer loyalty. Rate planning. Ongoing content generation, inc. external photography & videography. Supplier relationship management. Google Analytics monitoring including SEO and google adword campaign management. Email marketing (- e-zines, pre stay & post stay emails). SMS campaigns. Online campaign ROI reporting. Online reputation management. Review monitoring & replies. Ongoing content generation for online channels including website, video, images, blogs etc. Social media updates, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, G+, Instagram etc. Affiliate websites updating. On occasion assist with sales activities & trades shows.
Skills Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience. 2/3 years experience in similar role. Creativity to push The Malton brand online. Hospitality knowledge desirable. Strong communication skills. Ability to quickly develop productive relationships is expected. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are all key qualities for this role.
