DIT Foundation seeks to appoint an Executive Director who will lead the development and delivery of strategic fundraising initiatives for the benefit of Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
DIT has been an integral part of Dublin for over 125 years, as an educational provider and as a social and cultural resource. Currently its 19,000 students are located on six city campuses and DIT is developing a single integrated campus at Grangegorman in the heart of Dublin. By consolidating all its activities on a single campus, DIT will continue to deliver student-centred education, industry-relevant research and technology transfer to future generations.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the management of fundraising and alumni activities on behalf of DIT, including a major capital campaign for the new campus. Experience and proven success in initiating and leading fundraising activities will be essential.
