The successful Marketing Executive will work closely with the Construction Management teams and work closely with the Marketing Executive in all aspects of the companies business development activity. Coordinate the bid management process, i.e., schedule bid meetings and coordinate schedule for response submission. Preperation of prequalification and tender responses. The Marketinging Administrator will play a key role in customer relationship management (CRM), maintaining the companies client database and monitor customer satisfaction levels. Assist with corporate entertainment events.

Skills Requirements
A business/marketing qualification is essential. Excellent project management skills and results-orientation. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of social media and online marketing. Excellent numerical and research skills. Strong computer literacy is essential with a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
