The successful Marketing Administrator will work closely with the Construction Management teams and the Marketing Executive in all aspects of the companies business development activity. Duties include: Coordinate the bid management process, produce successful pre-qualification and tender proposal responses, as well as other submissions where required, assist in company events. A Business/Marketing qualification is essential. Excellent project management skills an results-orientation. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written an verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of social media and online marketing. Excellent research skills. Strong computer literacy essential with a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Indesign preferred, but not essential.
