Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities: He/ She will oversee the development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right through to delivery; They will identify the needs and expectations of the customer; They will ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, that meet and exceed our clients expectations; Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project; Communicate, maintain and develop new and existing client relationships; Manage supplier relationships. Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently; Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to staff on site. Responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. Handling any complaints and following up debtors. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality of service at all times.
Skills Requirements
Person Specification: Ability to work under pressure on your own initiative Attention to detail is an absolute necessity;Strong sales ability- ability to negotiate and sell the product Educational Requirements: 2 years further education to HND standard or similar in Hotel studies, Tourism or Sales; 2-3 years experience of working in a fast-paced marketing environment;Previous food and beverage experience would be an advantage.
