Continuously updating and maintaining stock of vehicles online to ensure all details are accurate and complete. Maintaining dealership website and keeping content current. Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns Reviewing web analytics. Working to maintain and improve appropriate SEO rankings. Maintaining the company CRM database. Liaising with Toyota Ireland to coordinate marketing activities between the distributor and the dealership. Campaign planning, implementation, tracking & review. Collating information for promotional literature. Copy writing for a range of marketing activities. Liaising with 3rd party agencies for design, print & production. Ensuring the sales team is fully briefed on product developments and promotions. POS advertising. Identification of PR opportunities and coordination of related activities direct with the media. Managing events, booking venues, dealing with suppliers and ordering materials.
Skills Requirements
Be a self-starter who is highly organised and works with great attention to detail. A creative and strategic thinker, able to work under pressure on multiple projects. Accountable, flexible and committed including taking ownership of the online presence. Commercially aware. Be comfortable with using social media platforms. Possess strong IT skills including spreadsheet manipulation. Knowledge of web analytics. Use social media and have a strong comprehension of emerging media and technologies.
