Job Purpose
To manage our acquisition of new members through monitoring potential members, arranging meetings, researching and crucially tracking and following up with all leads. The position is part-time for 2.5 days per week and reports to the Marketing Manager and is based at our offices on O’Connell Street, Dublin.
Primary Responsibilities
Present Business in the Community services to potential member companies from the Top 1000 companies in Ireland
Collaborate with Marketing Manager on creation and implementation of membership acquisition strategy
Conduct qualifying research on target companies
Proactively target and secure membership meetings with high level executives
Facilitate and arrange meetings with target companies
Track membership leads and generate reports to CEO and MST team as well as the Board
Support Marketing Team as needed
There may be other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or sales environment
Marketing Qualification
A good knowledge of the basic landscape of Irish business
Experience of dealing with senior management and knowledge of membership recruitment is highly advantageous
Previous experience in the charity sector is not a requirement but a commitment to corporate social responsibility is
