Description
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing reception at Pluto. All guests must have a great first impression, therefore you need to operate with the highest level of professionalism possible. You will respond rapidly and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming culture for all employees and guests. Responsibilities: Greeting guests and notifying employees of their arrival; keeping reception presentable; Office supply ordering (general office supplies/event equipment); Mail sorting and management of couriers for the entire office; managing & tracking both inbound and outbound deliveries; Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed; Administrative support across the organisation; Management of boardroom calendar; scheduling meetings/appointments.
