We currently have a vacancy for a full time, temporary Office Administrator / Telesales Agent / Customer Service Person. If hired, you will be responsible for the general office duties, dealing with delivery drivers / logistics, calling existing customers who are currently using our company?s products and general customer service on a daily basis. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite is essential. The candidate must be highly organised, articulate, motivated and have strong communication skills. Multi-tasking skills are essential for this role due to the variety of tasks involved. – Anxiousness to learn – Previous office and accounts experience essential – Successful sales track record in a fast paced target driven environment required – Good phone manners are required – Telesales experience is a clear advantage – Strong customer focus required – Role is target driven so important to be able to work on own initiative.
Skills Requirements
– Ability to make decisions – Excellent communication skills required – Strong attention to detail required – Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook – Experience dealing with business customers – advantage – Experience with SEPA application – clear advantage – Experience with Datos Season Office suite – clear advantage – Experience in a previous role connected with agriculture / butcher / abattoir related paperwork is an advantage.
