Description

Supervisor with responsibility for the effective and efficient production of all products in compliance with approved specification, in accordance with good manufacturing practice, within budgetary guidelines in order to satisfy customer requirements. Providing motivational and effective Leadership for employees to ensure the department meets its objectives. The Production Supervisor will be expected to ensure and maintain excellent employee relations.

Skills Requirements

Main Responsibilities will include: Ensure that all staff understand and observe the company s safety procedures. Plan, organise and delegate work ensuring that personnel are utilised efficiently. Effectively develop and communicate production plan to the production team using the necessary aids and tools. Promote an environment of compliance, continuous improvement, responsiveness to change and innovation within the department.
