we are currently looking for production supervisor and production manager for a large food production facility. Candidates must have: – An established background as a Food production supervisor or manager in a food production company. – Ability to work on their own initiative. – Be able to work flexible hours on certain days to ensure product is available in a timely manner. – That all production KPIs are met. – work in liaison with Quality team. – control of over 150 staff operators. – ensure that production standards are kept up to a high standard.

Skills Requirements

Candidates must have: Ability to work on their own initiative; The confidence to learn our business with the ambition to grow their career with us; 3 years of experience in food production supervisory level; Be able to work flexible hours on certain days to ensure product is available in a timely manner.
