Title: Property Management Administrator
Project: Property Management
Section: Head Office Dublin
Primary Purpose: Focus Ireland has extensive property nationwide and requires a Property Management Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support to the Property Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
To work within the framework of the overall objectives of Focus Ireland.
To maintain and record accurate data and statistics analysis reporting on the Property Management software package, Omniledger
To assist with overall annual maintenance budgets and ten year plan updates
To maintain and keep up to date electronic property files
To compile information for governance returns
To assist with the processing on invoice payments
To visit project sites as and when required
To review and record An Post Household Budget Scheme Applications
To engage in supervision sessions on a regular basis
To participate in relevant training and development courses as agreed with Supervisor
To implement the existing policies and procedures of the project and of the Focus Ireland Agency.
To be vigilant to any Health, Safety and Welfare risks in the workplace and bring any concerns to the attention of your line manager or Health & Safety Representative
To undertake any other relevant and reasonable work assigned by the line manager.

Essential Criteria:
Proven, extensive experience of working within a similar administrative setting
Proven high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ECDL accredited or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work to deadlines and ability to multitask
Proven track record of strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in working for a housing organisation.
