Description

The Provisioning Manager will be responsible for planning and directing the work of the provisioning Team – effectively managing and coaching the provisioning agents to deliver a high quality service exceeding customer expectations. As Provisioning Manager you will be tasked with providing high quality and consistent levels of support to both existing and potential customers and internal departments.In addition to day-to-day management of your team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of escalated issues, seeing them through to conclusion. This position provides leadership, technical and operational direction, and quality assurance for every aspect of the workflow by providing tactical direction for all elements of the process. It ensures that daily operations and initiatives are understood and work assignments are completed. You will be accountable for ensuring that the team results meet or exceed all service levels.

Skills Requirements

Primary duties & responsibilities:Supervising the Technical Services Team who are the primary contact for all aspects of customers orders right through to setup.Management of internal and external provisioning procedures and partners. Ensuring the maintenance of strict service levels, validating information, entering and coordinating orders / rejections / upgrades and handling any customer issues. Maintaining a relationship with Wholesale customers through provision of training.
