Description
A busy domestic and international automotive parts distributor requires a Purchasing and Sales Administrator, based in Dublin 12. This role includes: Liaising with, and purchasing high value product from International suppliers. Monitoring product availability and lead times. Analysis of both warehouse and incoming stock levels. �?� Negotiating pricing with suppliers. �?� Analysing, interpreting and reporting sales trends. �?� Goods receiving. �?� General sales duties. �?� Data entry. �?� Dealing with customer requests and sales queries.
Skills Requirements
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) & have good general IT skills (ECDL an advantage). Ability to work as part of a team and be able to multitask efficiently. Must be reliable and be able to work on own initiative, & have good communication skills. Must have a pleasant and friendly telephone manner. Excellent English essential.
