Description

Contacting and sourcing suppliers. Arranging all suppliers meetings, with full responsibilities for negotiating contracts, discounts and best prices. Develop and maintain key supplier relationships, and manage their performance. Placing all orders with suppliers, following through on all documentation such as POs, Invoices and payments. Organising the warehouse and managing stock levels. Receiving deliveries and shipping products out. Liaising with accounts department to ensure everything is correct and up to date

Skills Requirements

Must have at least 3 – 4 years experience in a Purchasing Role. Good exposure to stock control. Excellent negotiation skills. Strong communicator, both written and verbal. IT proficiency. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with the ability to hit the ground running
