No qualifications are necessary but some previous customer service experience would be an advantage. The role will involve, answering the phone, data entry and filing among other general office administration tasks. Working within a small busy team responsible for General insurance this role offers huge potential for an ambitious person to learn new skills and gain valuable experience. The candidate will be under the supervision and guidance of a manager.
