Description

To implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practice. To identify new revenue opportunities. To promote a positive and professional image of the hotel and its operation to all hotel guests and patrons. To manage the Reservations and Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure successful daily operation and maximising of Rooms Revenue. Specific Departmental Requirements: To represent the company in a professional and helpful way at all times Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage the day to day yield operations. To have a clear understanding of yield and daily pickup trends and comparisons against forecast and Budgets. Create and develop pricing strategies. Provide weekly forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. Understanding and updating both 3rd Party and Travel Agent extranet sites in order to monitor availability and rates. Flexibility: To accept flexible work schedule and to maintain flexibility within team To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.

Skills Requirements

Communication: To communicate all information with management and all departments in a timely manner and to update information and communication as required. Strong management and revenue expertise required.
