Sales Support: Providing excellence in customer service. Acting as the first point of contact for sales related inquiries in French market. Following up on leads in French speaking territories. Providing admin, logistical and sales support to Sales Managers. Helping to build promotions. Processing sales orders, tracking orders, invoicing. Marketing and Communications: Updating social media pages. Contributing to press releases. Liaising with magazines. Translating marketing material from English to French and vice versa. Helping to organize media/trade events. Facilitating communication between company and French speaking stakeholders/vendors. Providing support to Marketing Manager. Skills Requirements: A minimum of 1 year sales/marketing experience. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is a must. Be passionate about social media with a positive can do attitude. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
