There is currently a position for sales and marketing executive within SMT. SMT provides a comprehensive and compliance service in Health and Safety Advisory, Training, Systems and Software. SMT is an innovative, energetic and growth orientated company. The ideal candidate will: 1) Apply our business development strategy and ensure the success of our business plan. 2) Create recognition and awareness of the SMT brand and identify on a nationwide basis. 3) Identify customer target groups, generate leads and secure sales through effective communication and information channels. 4) Keep up to date with market trends and be able to disseminate information into tangible sales leads to the sales force.

Skills Requirements

Excellent people skills, excellent sales skills, field sales experience, highly IT literate, experience of sales in the service sector is required, have a B2B sales track record, excellent listening skills, ability to take direction, ability to work to targets, time management, full driving licence, highly proficient in digital marketing, presentation skills.
