A publishing company is looking for a competent sales executive, Our market primarily targets Irish customers but will expand to the UK in near future. While most sales are made through telephone conversations or emails, the candidate is also required to travel and meet customers occasionally. Tele sales & General sales. Generate sales by telephoning to allocated customers and non-customers. Answering telephone calls, handling customer inquiries. Managing task list and ensuring call quotas are filled each day. Marketing. Strategically identify each segment of the market, device sales strategy and generating sales letter. Accounting and credit management. Database management. Keep it updated with the latest information (Sales Force). Customer care. Response quickly and politely to customer?s needs, by phone or email. Other general office duties.
Skills Requirements
The candidate must be outgoing, presentable, have good telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills, preferably with third level qualification. Sales experience, especially telesales, able to make 70 calls a day. Marketing (in the form of direct mail and digital) are highly desirable. Such as designing brochures, using Face Book. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words. Able to adapt to other IT applications such as Google drive, Drop box, Gmail. Typing speed 35 per min
