AFS is an Irish company with offices in Dublin, London, Poland and Spain. We deliver SAAS based Field Service and Facility Management software solutions to organizations in Ireland and the UK. To support our continued expansion we are looking for help within a busy sales and marketing function. The role is based in our Head Office in Sandyford Dublin. It is expected the successful candidate in this role would be given the opportunity to develop extensive sales account management and marketing skillset following an exciting career path within the fast paced environment of Advanced Field Solutions Group. Training and mentoring program will support and challenge the candidate to success in this role. We want you working productively with colleagues from project delivery and sales to support the Sales and Marketing function of AFS.

Skills Requirements

Your contribution will include but will not be limited to: Assist in: preparation of demand generation campaigns; completing sales proposals or quotations; completing Tenders; follow up of customer surveys promotional activities; Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents; Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits; Visiting customers/external agencies; Helping to organize market research and customer surveys; Updating company CRM system.
