Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for a number of Tele-Sales Executives. This position has huge scope for growth and internal promotion. The successful candidate will display a working knowledge of professional sales practices and will work toward target based goals, demonstrating the ability to close deals and build relationships. Responsibilities: Pre-qualified lead generation. Initial dialogue with businesses. Assess most suitable solution for the client. Negotiation and persuasion. Production briefing and account management from throughout sales journey. Knowledge of CRM systems beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. You should be a team player with an entrepreneurial streak and a proactive approach to achieve goals.
Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, persistent and have a passion for online technology. They will proficient in negotiations with a proven track record in sales. Experience in tele/field sales (Gas/Electricity Etc) looked upon favourably. Candidate must display strong desire to develop their own sales portfolio and grow with the digital sales environment. Good people skills and outstanding telephone manner. An ability to work under own initiative, to work towards and surpass targets
