Job Title: Admin Assistant: Part-time 30 hours per week

Number of Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible hours)
Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The Role: The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support in the following areas:
Learning and Development
Maintain and develop training database in Excel.
Update and maintain training records on the HR information system (TMS).
Issue training certificates as needed.
Coordinate training events – this will include inviting participants, booking trainers, venue bookings etc.
Maintain and update the national training calendar.
Issue monthly notifications to management regarding staff training due for renewal.
Prepare quarterly training statistics using Excel database.
Track statistics for Learning & Development manager as required.
Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)
Provide general administration support to the Service Quality Officer within the HIQA Lead function.
Develop spreadsheets in Excel, analyse data and produce statistical reports.
Fact-check documents against information held on database.
Review notifications, action plans and registration documentation prior to submission to HIQA.
Central Office
Provide administrative support to the communications function where required, including the collating of information and documentation in response to Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests.
Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager as and when required. This may include providing reception cover from time to time.
The Person:
You will have at least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
You will have the ability to learn and utilise other software when required.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport and positive relationships with people at all levels.
You will be in possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland.
You will be able to write and speak English fluently.
Salary: €20,569 per annum (€13.14 per hour)
