Holiday Rental properties in Nice, France and Dublin, Ireland Looking for a self-motivated, personable and highly organized individual. Must thrive in a multitasking, high paced environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Day to day management of the office -Answering phone and reception -Answering email inquiries within 24h -Providing potential guests with all the options and details they need to book their perfect apartment – Taking guests through inquiry to confirmed booking by issuing price breakdowns, receipts and processing payments to closure – Process cancellation of bookings and issuing refunds if necessary – Organize and maintain the reservation records/receipts – Liaising with managers on the ground by email/phone to make sure everything runs smoothly and all details are communicated efficiently – Deal with owners and partners as needed – Updating all calendars- payments, reservations and team holidays – Uploading & updating several holiday rental sites

Skills Requirements

The ideal person will have office management and/or reservations experience. S/he will be comfortable working and delivering under pressure in a creative, client-centered environment. Key skills required include: – Self-motivation, autonomy, team working, planning and capacity to review and improve processes and practices – Proficiency with Word, Excel. Excellent at math and production of written material to a very high standard. – Oral and writing in several languages a plus,ESPECIALLY FRENC”
