Discounted variety retailer in Dublin require an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Buying function within the Company. Responsibilities to include: Assisting with administration. Stock replenishment to stores. Monitoring stock levels. Follow through on telephone/email queries from stores. Liaising with logistics department. Running reports. Essential Requirements: Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent Microsoft skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent verbal, written, communication/interpersonal skills. Be highly motivated and ambitious, and have an appetite for hard work.
