Administration Assistant – ICORG – Dublin

ICORG, the All Ireland Cooperative Oncology Research Group, is a clinical research organisation whose mission is to foster the growth of clinical trials activity and scientific research in the domain of cancer, on the island of Ireland.

ICORG’s Central Office is based at 60, Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2 and currently has in excess of 40 staff. We now require an Administration Assistant who will be required to provide general administration support in the Administration Office in addition to Finance and HR. They will report to the Senior Administrator.

Main Duties

Reception (Phone , Fax, e-mail distribution, meet and greet, courier, deliveries, taxis),
General admin and filing,
Booking of hotel, flights and train tickets (national and international)
Outgoing post
Server back-up
Printers, printer supplies, stationary
Oversight of premises (e.g. light bulbs, plumbing, appliances, archiving, etc.)
General supplies (e.g. TESCO, Office Depot, etc.)
Assisting in setting up meetings (preparation of meeting rooms)
Recruitment admin support
Finance admin support

Person Specification

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good telephone manner and skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous admin experience an advantage.
