Description
Duties will include: Filing, bank reconciliation, preparation of invoices, collation of time sheets, using internet and helping prepare presentations and other documents, liaise with accountant, income and expense preparations, manage email accounts, database updating. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint and Gmail/outlook. The applicant should be organised and able to follow instructions with an eye for detail, a strong undertaking of confidentiality and the ability to switch from task to task.
