Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Administrative Assistant in the Administrative Team of St. John of God Community Services Dublin South East. As part of the team, the successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Experience of database update/data input
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in handling office equipment including switchboard, printers, photocopy machines, franking machines, etc.
Strong attention to detail, administrative, organizational & time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Ability to work with high levels of tact, confidentiality and discretion
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks according to importance.
Must be dependable, punctual and flexible
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
