We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our company in our office. This role is an important part of the office, where you will play an active supporting role, through the delivery of excellent administrative and secretarial service. The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities: Provide sound support to the Office, in helping to deliver an excellent administrative and secretarial support service; Accounts Assistant; Answering the phones dealing with customer queries, passing on messages; Providing support to the Operations Manager; Organising couriers; Ad hoc admin and office duties. The successful candidate must have the below skills and experience: Have excellent communication skills; Good Telephone manner and professional manner (essential); Excellent organisation skills; Capable of working on your own initiative; Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel); Have an understanding of accounts; Experience in reception/office
