Administrative Assistant (CE Scheme) – Age Action

The role is to provide high quality administrative support to Age Action’s staff and volunteers so that we make a positive difference in older people’s lives.

Duties will include…
Inbound and outbound telephone calls from/to clients of Age Action’s services.
Schedule client/volunteer activities
Support the team in raising awareness of Age Action’s work
Maintain data on CRM database and use of internet, email, Word, Excel
Manage the Administrative functions in the office
Carry out all reasonable requests of the National Development Manager.
