Administrative Assistant – NABMSE

The ideal candidate should have:
A minimum of three years’ experience in office administration
Ability to work on own initiative
Proven organisational, report writing and record keeping skills
A high level of MS Office expertise and be conversant with social media and website
Detail oriented and highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great people skills with an ability to build good working relationships with members

Key role responsibilities:
Administrative support for General Secretary
Entry of data into CRM system on a daily basis
Dealing with and following up NABMSE members in a consistent, professional and confidential basis
Supporting the compilation of data and statistical analysis for monthly meetings
Assisting the General Secretary in the organisation of meetings and events
Updating website on regular basis
Administration of surveys
