Administrative Assistant / Office Person – GCM Security Ltd – Dublin 22

Description

Duties to include to participate as directed by the Company Directors with administrative queries on a day-to-day basis and ensure that high standards of quality and service to our customers and staff are maintained. A minimum of 2 years office experience. IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel, Tas books / sage knowledge would be an advantage and good organisational and customer service skills. Good communication, teamwork and presentations skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must as well a proven record of a can do attitude.
