Administrator/Receptionist required. Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service and communication skills. Duties: To provide professional customer service through a number of mediums: telephone, email, web, etc. Intercompany communication to ensure all customer information is correct and up to date. Promote the business via exceptional customer care. Highlight and promote the companys online customer systems and facilities to clients. Excellent telephone skills. General administration including, filing, the drafting of customer documentation, the running of daily reports, etc. Adhoc duties as they arise. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Working knowledge and experience of MS Word and Excel including the creation of management reports. Good attendance record and timekeeping skills. Able to understand and communicate information quickly and effectively. Experience in a legal practice an advantage though not essential.
