Description

We are now seeking applications for the role of Assistant Bar Manager at the Gleneagle Hotel. The main duties will include working closely in assisting the Bar Manager in the overall operation of the beverage outlets in our hotel. The successful candidate duties will include roistering, stock control, staff management, training and development. The role will require excellent attention to detail and the successful applicant should be able to provide a high level of customer service ensuring that a consistently efficient and friendly service experience is delivered. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, or at Supervisor level.
