The ADOS at SEDA key responsibilities are to assist and support the DOS in the smooth running of the college with specific emphasis on teaching and academic administration. This is a busy and demanding schedule in line with supervisory junior management. Responsibilities: Manage the teaching staff with the DOS to create a positive, enthusiastic team to deliver high quality programmes. Observe and appraise all teaching staff providing support and guidance on all aspects of lesson planning preparation and delivery. Assisting the DOS in the management of the day-today aspects of the academic programme. Deal with student or teacher queries on academic matters when required. Organise and manage the placement and exit testing of students. Liaise with Marketing in the testing, placement and induction of new students. Manage the daily teaching rota, coordinate teaching staff holidays with the DOS. Point of contact for absent or late teachers and arrange cover.
