Support the Store Manager to achieve financial targets for the store. Achieve sales, profit and customer satisfaction in areas of responsibility by encouraging a strong team to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. Support the Store Manager in building a high performing team by setting high standards, ensuring sharing of success and recognising good performance. Communicate clearly and positively to ensure that staff at all levels. understand their priorities and how they can contribute to success. Act as Duty Manager as required. Influencing skills and credibility. High standards of communication skills. Performance delivery-a successful track record of acheiving against objectives. Business awareness-a good understanding of business in general and the issues affecting the Store. Team working – ability to demonstrating leading and working in a successful team, both in the Store and as part of the Area Team.
