Main purpose of the job
To oversee the day-to-day delivery and development of a service that supports people who are homeless to secure accommodation in the rented sector in the South West region (Cork and Kerry). To co-ordinate the delivery of time-limited tenancy support services to ensure a tenancy can be sustained.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge
Significant hands-on experience of working with people who are homeless, preferably in a resettlement and tenancy sustainment capacity.
Recent experience of managing staff, resources and service planning.
An in-depth understanding of the issues faced by people who are Homeless and current approaches and strategies to homeless.
A qualification in social work or social care or other relevant qualification.
An in-depth knowledge of the Social Welfare and housing support systems.
