We are seeking to recruit an enthuastic and customer orientated individual to join our managment team. Key Responsibilities will include : Actively promoting positive guest relations and ensuring that our guests received the best possible standards of service. Ensuring that standards, policies and procedures are being adhered to in all departments. Communicating with all departments throught the day and ensuring that their department is aware of any changes in the daily business or any upcoming business. Ensure that each department has sufficient staffing. Checking that all meeting rooms are set up as per Function Sheet. Being fully informed of what is happening in the Hotel on a weekly basis. To be fully aware of fire evacuation procedures. Applicant would preferably have a third level qualification in the Hotel and Catering Field. Must be fluent in English.
