We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Position: Assistant Psychologist 1

This role is a full-time paid position for one year. The Assistant Psychologist reports directly to the Senior Rehabilitation and Counselling Psychologist and the CEO. Assistant Psychologists may also report to other Senior Psychologists as required. This role requires statistical analysis, research skills, and working knowledge of psychological assessments.

Responsibilities: Provide support to clinical team. This will involve assisting with ongoing service provision across organisational client services.

Research: Assist Senior Psychologist and CEO with research projects as required. This includes timely provision of data and information for training courses and presentations as assigned.

Assessments: Management of clinical assessment tool library in collaboration with clinical team and Assistant Psychologist 2 role.

Scoring, Report Writing for the following:

Intellectual Disability & Autism Services
Forensics
Acquired Brain Injury and Disability Services
Project work as assigned

Statistical Analysis

Management, audit and analysis of client clinical data.
Statistical analysis of organisational uptake and usage reports for Emotional Well-Being Services (Monthly Memos, Quarterly Reports)
Assist with the development of assessment tools

Other information:

The role is based in our head office at 16 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2.
Core working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, five days per week.
Some travel will be required which may require working outside of working hours.

Desired:

Master’s degree in psychology
Active approach and planning for PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
Strong analytical skills
Experience and skill in use of statistical analytics software such as Excel, and SPSS
Excellent time management
Motivated team member
Self-motivated and uses own initiative
Flexible

Position: Assistant Psychologist 2

This role is a paid position for one year. The Assistant Psychologist reports directly to the Senior Rehabilitation and Counselling Psychologist and the CEO. Assistant Psychologists may also report to other Senior Psychologists as required. This role requires research skills and will consider previous clinical experience.

Responsibilities: Provide support to clinical team. This will involve assisting with ongoing service provision across organisational client services.

Research: Assist Senior Psychologists and CEO with research projects as required. This includes timely provision of data and information for training courses and presentations as assigned.

Assessments:

Management of Imagine Health clinical assessment tool library: This includes:

Organisation of tools
Keeping track of stock
Communicating with clinicians on areas of need- Ordering tools as required
The provision of an End of Month report on status
Research on new tools that may be of help to the business.

Scoring and Report Writing for the following:

Intellectual Disability & Autism Services
Forensics
Acquired Brain Injury and Disability Services
Project work as assigned

Other information:

Some travel (approximately 20%) will be required which may require working outside of core hours.

Desired:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology
Post graduate certification, and/or training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or similar
Working towards Post Graduate Diploma in psychology, counselling or CBT
Interest in further post graduate training in psychology
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time management
Motivated team member
Self-Motivated and uses own initiative
Flexible
