The position is part time and will initially be for a period of 6 months.
The person will report to the CEO of Irish Rural Link and will assist the CEO in the overall management, growth and development of the network.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a high skill level in the following areas: Organisational development, particularly in the community and voluntary sector, human resource development, and team work. He/she should have a high level of skill in the area of coordination, programme development and management.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have a high level of Rural Development expertise as well as a thorough understanding of policy as it applies in this area.
