Essential requirements:
Hold a degree in Psychology/ Social Care/ Nursing or related area
Desirable:
Hold a Post-Graduate Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related area/ or be in pursuit of same/ or relevant experience and knowledge of ABA principles.
All candidates should:
Experience in utilising the principles of Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.
Ideally, have two years of experience supporting individuals with Autism (desirably beyond the age of twelve).
Experience in understanding and managing behaviours of concern.
Experience working in the family home environment and community settings.
Confidently be able to lone work, and to work remotely.
The ability to collect, graph and analyse data.
Be flexible, enthusiastic and committed.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth understanding of ethical and professional practices.
Demonstrate initiative and have experience in programme implementation and development.
Full B Licence required, willingness to undertake travel and work flexibly due to the geographic spread of services.
