Description
Position: Call Centre Agents. Reporting to: Contract Manager. Terms: Contract positions – Various lengths. Location: SWS BPO premises, West Cork Technology Park, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Ireland and other such company/client premises as may be necessary from time to time. Ensuring that all calls for the particular project at hand are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner. Processing client/customer queries. Dealing in a professional manner with difficult or awkward clients/customers. Ensuring that a positive image/first impression is given of both the Services and The Group. Mentor and assist in the training of new staff as required. Provide administrative support for the Contact Centre, as and when required. This to include, general administrative duties, invoicing, processing, data entry etc. Working to tight deadlines. And other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
