Essential:
Minimum FETAC Level 5 in relevant discipline (eg, health, community, care sector)
Experience working within the care field
Full clean driving licence (minimum 2 years)

Desirable:
Experience working within the field of autism

Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Awareness of Key Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
Programme Planning
Person Centred Plans
