Essential:
Minimum FETAC Level 5
Experience working within the care field
Desirable:
Experience working within the field of autism
Full clean driving licence (more than 2 years)
Male staff (for 2 of the posts)
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Awareness of Key Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
