We are recruiting a Caretaker to be based in our national office in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
The Caretaker is responsible for the upkeep and security of ASI’s National Office building, the Day and Respite Centre and grounds.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous caretaker/maintenance experience. Cleaning experience and a knowledge of boiler and security systems is also desirable.
To be successful in this role you will have good interpersonal skills, be organised and approach your work in a flexible manner.
This position is being offered on a fixed terms basis for 12 months.
Hours of work: 25 hours per week.
