The successful candidate must have :
Experience in all aspects of house and ground maintenance, with some knowledge of computerised systems e.g CCTV systems etc
Ability to work alone and with team and to use one’s own initiative
Good communication and organisational skills
Have a clean driving licence

The position is fulltime
