The Position
The CEO will nurture strong relationships internally and externally, driving excellence in organisational development and service delivery with statutory, community and voluntary sectors.
Reporting to the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has responsibility for the ongoing promotion and delivery of HUGG peer support groups. The successful candidate will lead a small multi-skilled team of six personnel to:
Ensure the achievement of strategic and operational objectives,
Support the Board in continuing to ensure organisational sustainability, and
Advance best practice and support for adults bereaved by suicide.

Renumeration
Starting Salary: €52,000
